FAQs

1. What payment methods can i use?

The Designer Kashmir accepts the following methods of payment for purchases: 
Paypal, Visa, Debt Card and Mastercard.

 

2.  When will my order ship?


The Designer Kashmir endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

 


3. When will my order be delivered?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Pacific time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Standard delivery within 3 to 6 business days

 


4. What does it cost to ship my order?


We provide everyday FREE shipping option and other faster shipping options available at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are calculated and provided to you at the checkout page. 


 


5. Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?


Our online store can process orders placed from or shipped to locations around the world. 

 

6. By which carrier will my order be shipped? 

We ship via Royal Mail, UBX and others


 


7. What if I change my mind after my order is placed? 


Once an order is placed and confirmed at, you cannot make changes online. For assistance please send an email to info@designerkashmir.com.



 

8. What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?

If your return is a result of error on our part (products received damaged or incorrect order fulfillment), we will refund all shipping charges on receipt of product and verification of the condition stated. If your return is NOT a result of error on our part, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. We will issue your refund only after the returned merchandise reaches us in the condition stated above. You should insure the parcel when sending back to us. All returns should reach us within 15 days of purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.







9. I live outside the United kingdom, Can I order from The Designer Kashmir ?


Our online store can process orders placed from or shipped to locations around the world. Customers outside the United Kingdom who are not able to place order online can send us an email at info@designerkashmir.com with Product no and quantity. We will get back to you within 48 hrs with the shipping rate and any other details requested.



 

10. What do I do if my item arrives damaged? 


Customer satisfaction is our goal. Please send email to info@designerkashmir.com and we will respond back within 48 hrs. Also see FAQ 8 and 9. 


 

11. How long does it take to process my return? 


Please allow 8 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
